+/- Executive/Senior executive, programmes and services

Job description:

Programme Management

  • Plan, develop and oversee the implementation of programmes and services based on identified needs and in accordance with the oragnisational standards of service delivery, including but not limited to educational, early years programmes well as programme at the satallite centres.
  • Oversee management of centre and transportation services to provide beneficiaries and families with greater accessibility to programmes and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a multi-disciplinary platform and establish partnership with external stakeholders to optimise efficiancy of prgramme delivery.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of prgrammes, develop and implement strategiies to achieve organisation purpose and objectivs.

Volunteer Management

  • Oversee recruitment and support volunteers, including volunteer training, in conducting the lessons/activities according to organisational standards.

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee and manage best practices for efficient and effective operations and management of programmes and services.
  • Administer Education Awards and its related administrative duties.
  • Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Team Management

  • To support supervisor in the overall implementation of strategies and plans.
  • manage a small team of staff, locum and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and programme execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline related to social sciences, education or related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in social services sector or non-profit organisation, preferably working with children and/or families.
  • Creative, nurturing and passionate in working with children.
  • Strong inter-personal skills with an interest in relationship building.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Execellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
  • Confident as an independent project/team lead who can foster good teamwork.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work on some weekends to support organisation programmes.

+/- Social Worker

Job Description:

  • Assess referral cases to ensure that they are suitable for intake
  • Identify and clarify the key issues to the problem situation, conduct needs and intake assessment and factors for intervention
  • Use different modes of engagement for the purpose of assessment, intervention and monitoring
  • Develop intervention plans and case reviews and assist in group work
  • Document and maintain case files and prepare reports according to the required documentation standard
  • Participate in developmental programmes and supervision for personal and professional growth and development
  • Network with other agencies and tap on community resources to provide intervention support to CRS beneficiaries and their families
  • Assist in data collection and support action research activities

Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor of Social Work or its equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of direct practice experience
  • Preferably a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
  • Casework knowledge and ability to engage, assess, provide intervention and evaluate practice
  • Committed to social vision
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships
  • Cooperate with team members / key social workers to deliver social work outcomes
