Programme Outline:
1:15pm – Gather at Chinatown Exit E (outside McDonalds)
1:50pm – Gather at the entrance of Dignity Kitchen
2:00pm – Start of Briefing Food Hygiene Safety + Team allocation
2:15pm – Bake Bake Bake!
4:00pm – Sharing by Mr Yeo, General Manager of Project Dignity on Dignity Kitchen
5:00pm – End of workshop
Notes:
1. Dress code: Long pants/jeans, Comfortable T-shirt, Covered shoes, Hair Tie (for participants with long hair)
2. Items prepared are suitable for Muslims as we have gone through Halal cleansing and our suppliers are halal certified.
3. Participants will be provided with disposable hats and aprons
